Where We Began

Bless The Bay was founded by Tampa locals with simple, core principles in mind, such as loving your neighbor as yourself. We believe that tending to an idea nearest to your heart, despite your daily responsibilities, is how you share your blessings with the community. To reflect those values, we began accepting donations towards developing a reliable, local, ministering program that allows people to assist those in need within our home of Tampa Bay, either passively or actively. All donations go towards care packages in the form of reusable nylon drawstring bags, packed with essential items including, but not limited to: Water bottle(s), food(s), emergency blankets and/or ponchos, socks, and a blessings card inscribed with two unique bible verses. Our ability to stock up each of these bags with more of these or other items correlate directly with donations collected from this site, fluctuating from month to month; However, our team is committed to ministering each month, despite low/no donation periods.
